Returns may be made within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in resale condition. Please notify us in advance for approval.

All cancellations after 15 days from the order date will be subject to a 15% re-stock fee. This applies to products returned without prior approval.

We guarantee our products. Any product can be returned for an exchange for another product. The cost of the exchanged items must be the same or higher. The customer will be responsible for the additional cost for the new item. All products returned must be in resale condition and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. The products can be ex-changed only between 90-120 days from receipt of the original purchase.

Payment terms for new accounts and accounts not on credit: Company check in advance, Credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cashier Check, or Money order. COD orders are not available.

To request a credit account, please provide 4 trade references, full bank information and number of years in business. Credit approval is by the company.We may also ask for a credit card to be on file.

Late fees will apply to overdue accounts. A late payment fee of $25.00; in addition, your account will incur a finance charge equal to the daily balance multiplied by an applicable daily periodic rate based on 1.8% per month.
